In this bi-weekly e-safety update, we are sharing information from National Online Safety who have produced some information with all schools to pass on to parents. You may or may not be aware of an app that is growing in popularity and is aimed as a teen online dating app – My Lol. It has been found that some people using this app are not teenagers and are using this site to groom and harm young people. National Online Safety has provided an information poster for us to share with you to raise awareness.
Please get in touch with the safeguarding team either by calling the school or emailing safeguarding@manor.ttct.co.uk if you have any concerns about e-safety and your child, and if you believe your child’s safety has been compromised online we would always recommend that you report this to the police.
