The geography department are running a competition for Earth Day which is on 22nd April. Earth Day is an annual event that aims to highlight the importance of protecting the environment.
This year at Manor the geography department are challenging KS3 students to create a ‘feature of the Earth’ out of recycled materials. The best entry will win an Easter themed prize, with a few smaller prizes available for runners up.
Entries need to be submitted by Tuesday 22nd April. They can either be sent by email (as a photo), on satchel one (as a photo), or can be brought in on the first day back after Easter and brought to the humanites office.
Entries need to be submitted to Miss Reeve: Hannah.Reeve@manor.ttct.co.uk This is an optional competition but we would love to see as many entries as possible.
