Today is World Mental Health Day, and right now, the world can be a tough place for children and young people to grow up in – and they are feeling the pressure. We want young people to know that they don’t have to go through this alone. Things can get better.

Young Minds is a great resource for parents and children who are struggling with their mental health, and we want to share some resources in case you ever need them.

Parents Helpline

We offer tailored information, advice and support to parents and carers who are concerned about their child or young person’s mental health. You can speak to us over the phone, or chat to us online.

You can use our Helpline service if you are the parent or main carer of a child or young person aged 25 or under. Our service is available across the UK. It is free and confidential.
