A GCSE in a foreign language is a doorway to quite literally a whole world of opportunity and places you above the average job hunter in today’s world, partly because it is a discipline that is difficult not to respect. Not only do you learn how to authentically connect to more than 300 million French speakers, which is an obvious advantage already, you also gain the ability to understand language as a concept.
We do this by learning the science behind the language as we go: we explore grammar, translation and how to absorb new vocabulary. We will also explore living culture from around the world and see how language skills can be applied to understanding and participating in a variety of fields.
