By taking Hospitality and Catering it will allow you to gain comprehensive knowledge regarding the hospitality and catering business and for you to be able to develop skills learnt both within your practical cooking sessions and you theory lessons. Hospitality and catering will allow you to develop a broad range of knowledge including provision, health and safety and food safety.

You will also learn and apply this knowledge and understanding into creating healthy and nutritious menus and then learn the skills you would need to be able to prepare, cook and present these dishes.
